CONFERENCE DATES - 5th - 9th June, 2023

RSC Sanawar 2023 will begin with arrivals by the 5th of June. Over the next four days, delegates will attend keynote speeches, take part in Baraza breakouts, enjoy adventure, creative, cultural and service activities in different locations across the sprawling 139 acres campus of The Lawrence School, Sanawar, as well as in and around the hill station of Kasauli.

DRESS CODE AND KIT

Students: 

The dress code for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies is formal. Student delegates are expected to wear their school uniform for the same. Those schools that do not have a uniform are expected to wear formals for the ceremonies. 

Students who are participating in the multi-cultural programme should bring their own costumes and props. 

Students may dress casually and appropriately for Baraza, Service and Adventure activities. 

Adults:

All adult delegates are requested to be formally dressed for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

Adults should generally observe a smart/ casual dress code when participating in the Conference.

Owing to the hilly terrain, kindly be advised that delegates wear comfortable shoes.

In case of rain, the temperatures may cool down considerably in the evenings. Thus, delegates must bring appropriate woollen clothing.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

All delegates should take COVID 19 related precautions during their travel to The Lawrence School, Sanawar. Delegates are expected to strictly follow all protocols, such as frequent hand sanitizing, social distancing, maintaining respiratory hygiene, frequent hand washing, etc. In case any delegate develops a fever, cough, difficulty in breathing or any other symptom of COVID 19, they must seek medical attention immediately by contacting their adult representative, who must get in touch with the School Resident Medical Officer (RMO).
